Julianne is a trauma-informed therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults to help navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. She practices from a holistic, client-centered framework, emphasizing safety, trust, and genuine understanding.
She has extensive experience supporting clients with complex needs, including trauma histories, emotional regulation challenges, and co-occurring diagnoses, as well as children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Julianne collaborates closely with families and caregivers, providing psychoeducation and therapy to strengthen coping strategies and promote positive outcomes across the family system.
Julianne integrates evidence-based and humanistic approaches—including trauma-informed care, attachment-focused therapy, CBT, mindfulness, play and art therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based practices—while incorporating clients’ interests such as art, music, movement, and humor to strengthen engagement and connection. She creates inclusive, affirming spaces where clients of all identities, backgrounds, and abilities feel supported in expressing themselves, processing emotions, and building confidence, independence, and resilience through creative, experiential work.
