Natalie Gwinn, MA, LPCC

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University and have worked in the mental health field for several years across a variety of settings. My experience includes supporting children, adolescents, and families in school-based counseling, outpatient therapy, and inpatient psychiatric care.

I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy, believing that healing begins within a safe, accepting, and authentic therapeutic relationship. I view each person through an attachment, developmental, and systems-based lens, recognizing that our experiences, relationships, and environments all play an important role in shaping who we are. I draw from Child-Centered Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.

I believe in the healing power of play and love incorporating creativity, humor, and a little silliness into the therapy process whenever it fits your or your child’s needs. My hope is to create a space where you or your child feels seen, supported, and accepted exactly as you are—a place where healing, growth, and resilience can naturally unfold.
