Brooke Swadley, MA, LPCC

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University after many years in the corporate world, where I learned how heavy life can feel when we try to carry everything alone. My own therapy experience showed me the power of being met with empathy and presence, and that continues to inspire the work I do today.

I strive to create a warm, grounded space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you are exploring your past, navigating a challenge, or simply feeling stuck, we will move at your pace and in your process. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness and tailor each session to your unique needs.

I work with teens (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and corporate burnout. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

If you are ready, or even just curious, I would be honored to support you.
