Rates & Insurance
We are credentialed with the following insurance companies:
We generally accept insurance but there are insurance companies that providers may not be credentialed with. If you plan on using your health insurance, please keep in mind you will be responsible for all copays and deductibles at the time of service. We will provide a “superbill” for out of network services, which you would submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Initial Intake Session (50 minutes)- $175
Individual Session (50 minutes) – $175
Couples Session (50 minutes) – $175
Mental Health Testing (60 minutes) – $300/hour
We accept cash, check, Health Savings Account and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate ($175.00) of the session.
