I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up honestly and be met with empathy, curiosity, and zero judgment. At the core of my work is the belief that people heal when they feel seen, understood, and supported. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. I also support clients working through shame, identity, and interpersonal patterns.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, parts work, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, while also incorporating attachment and systems perspectives. I pay close attention to how past experiences and relationships shape the way you move through the world. I value helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space to notice what’s coming up internally. Together, we can explore patterns, build awareness, and develop tools that feel useful in your day-to-day life.
You already have the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to help you access it and feel supported along the way.
