Rates & Insurance

 

  • We are credentialed with the following insurance companies:

    Blue Cross / Blue Shield

    Cigna

    Friday Health Plans of Colorado

    Medicare

    Tri-Care

    Rocky Mountain Health Plans

    United Health Care

    UMR

    We generally accept insurance but there are insurance companies that providers may not be credentialed with. If you plan on using your health insurance, please keep in mind you will be responsible for all copays and deductibles at the time of service. We will provide a “superbill” for out of network services, which you would submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Initial Intake Session (50 minutes)- $150

    Individual Session (50 minutes) – $150

    Couples Session (50 minutes) – $150

    Mental Health Testing (60 minutes) – $150/hour

  • We accept cash, check, Health Savings Account and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate ($150.00) of the session.
