Jessica DeLehman, LPCC

Jessica moved to CO from NC 15 years ago. While she misses the lifestyle and beauty of the East Coast beaches, she loves everything about the outdoors in CO!

Jessica first taught 3rd grade before entering graduate school to pursue her studies in counseling. She has thoroughly enjoyed being a School Counselor for the past 11 years, focusing on supporting students & their families in grades K-12. She will continue to work with children and young adults ages 5 to 30 years old.

Jessica’s main approach to therapy is biopsychosocial which recognizes that effective interventions should go beyond treating just symptoms and consider the broader context in which a person's health and well-being are situated. Approaching treatment through a holistic lens with a mind/body/soul connection that examines biological, psychological, spiritual, and social aspects of life. Her commitment is to be here for healing on your journey.

She is passionate in utilizing aspects of Child-Centered Play Therapy for the little ones. For adolescents, she prefers CBT as an evidence-based approach that helps adolescents learn to identify and change negative thought and behavior patterns.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 10-year-old son and her sweet King Charles Cavalier, Rocky.
