I am a counseling student with a drive to empower my clients to clients to heal, rebuild, grow, thrive, and face life’s challenges with resilience. As a first responder, I am passionate about fire, EMS, dispatch, law enforcement, and military veteran communities. I believe my clients possess the tools they need to thrive. With work and exploration, we can develop resilience, coping skills, and growth. I take trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, choice theory, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy.
