I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to help them heal and become the best versions of themselves. My passions lie in working with trauma, grief and loss, substance and process addictions, anxiety, depression, body image, personal empowerment, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and spiritual exploration. Whether people have experienced a lifetime of stressors, traumas, intrapersonal or interpersonal struggles, or are experiencing these struggles for the first time, I value their experiences and want them to know they are not alone.
I take an integrative approach to counseling, with an emphasis on Person Centered, IFS, Gestalt, DBT, and CBT modalities. I view my role as being a genuine, caring, companion along your journey. It takes courage and a great deal of effort to do your therapeutic work, and I want you to know I appreciate how scary it can be, but I assure you, it is worth it. You are worth it. Together, we can work in a collaborative relationship to establish goals for yourself and your relationships. All I ask is that you show up with an open mind, an open heart, and the courage to try something that you may not have done before. Healing and growth begin where our comfort zone ends. If you are willing to step into the unknown, I promise to be right there by your side. You don’t have to go it alone any longer.
